Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account, registering for an event, or using Rich Academy Live, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.

Accounts and registration

• Provide accurate account and registration information.
• Keep your sign-in credentials secure and notify us of suspected unauthorized use.
• Do not share, resell, or transfer event access unless we expressly permit it.
• Follow event-specific access, participation, and capacity requirements.

A registration for a series includes the sessions specifically identified as part of that series. Registration does not include unrelated events, later series, or services not shown in the event description.

Event changes, cancellations, and payments

Event dates, presenters, delivery methods, and content may change when reasonably necessary. We will provide notice of material changes using the contact information associated with your account. The rules in our Cancellation and Refund Policy apply.

Some events may be offered at no cost. If an event has a fee, the price and applicable cancellation or refund terms will be shown before registration. A payment provider may process payments on our behalf. We do not store complete payment-card numbers.

Recording, broadcast, and media use

Recording rules are event-specific. Before registration, an event may be identified as not recorded, recorded for a private attendee replay, publicly broadcast, or available for specified public reuse. You will be asked to acknowledge the applicable event notice when required.

Registration for one event does not create blanket permission for Rich Academy Live to reuse your image, voice, name, chat, or participation in unrelated events or promotion. We will not publicly broadcast or reuse participation from an event identified as private or not recorded.

When recording is disclosed, you may reduce capture of your image or voice by keeping your camera and microphone off and not entering an on-camera room. Display names, chat, written questions, or other contributions may still appear in the event experience. Contact support before the event to ask about available participation alternatives.

Participant conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, discriminate against, or intentionally disrupt other participants.
• Share unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful material.
• Record, redistribute, or publish event content without written permission.
• Circumvent access controls, capacity limits, or protected event rooms.
• Probe, scrape, overload, or interfere with the platform or another account.

We may remove a participant or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect people, the event, or the platform. Serious or repeated violations may result in account termination without a refund where permitted by law.

Content and intellectual property

Rich Academy Live, event materials, recordings, branding, software, and original content are owned by Rich Coaching & Consulting Group, LLC or the identified content owner and are protected by applicable law. Your registration provides a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the materials for the event’s intended educational purpose.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited right to display and process that content to operate the event, provide the service, moderate participation, and maintain necessary records. Any broader public or promotional reuse remains subject to the event-specific recording notice and applicable consent.

Third-party services

The platform may use third-party services for functions such as authentication, hosting, virtual meetings or broadcasts, payment processing, and transactional email. Their services may have additional terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

Educational information and availability

Event content is provided for educational and informational purposes. It is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, mental-health, or other licensed professional advice unless an event expressly states otherwise and the presenter is appropriately qualified.

We work to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Live events may be affected by internet, provider, presenter, weather, or other conditions outside our reasonable control.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the platform and event content are provided “as is” and “as available.” Rich Coaching & Consulting Group, LLC disclaims warranties that cannot reasonably be supported for a live online service. To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform. These Terms do not limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.

Florida law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We may update these Terms as the platform changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
