Event policy
Cancellations and refunds
This policy explains what happens when an attendee cancels or Rich Academy Live changes, reschedules, or cancels an event.
Effective August 18, 2026
No-cost registrations
Some Rich Academy Live events are offered at no cost. If you can no longer attend, email support@therichdynasty.comfrom the address associated with your account and identify the event. There is no charge to refund for a no-cost registration.
If we cancel an event
We will notify registered attendees using the account email address. For a paid registration, an organizer-canceled event will receive a refund of the ticket price to the original payment method unless the attendee affirmatively chooses an offered replacement event. We are not responsible for separate travel, lodging, equipment, or connectivity costs.
If we reschedule or materially change an event
Your registration will normally carry to the new date or format. For a future paid event, you may request a ticket-price refund within seven calendar days after the change notice and before the rescheduled event begins. A presenter substitution alone does not automatically require a refund unless the named presenter was the primary advertised purpose of the event.
Attendee cancellation for paid events
Unless an event page clearly states a different policy before purchase, the default is a ticket-price refund for requests received at least seven calendar days before the event or the first session of a series. Requests received later are nonrefundable except where required by law or where we approve an exception for documented circumstances.
No refund is available after an event or series has begun, or after a customer has accessed a paid replay or downloadable paid materials, unless required by law. Event registrations are not transferable unless the event page expressly permits transfers.
How to request cancellation or a refund
Email support@therichdynasty.com from the account email address and include the event name and reason for the request. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Financial institutions control when a refund appears after it is issued.
