Our approach
We use semantic page structure, keyboard-accessible controls, visible focus states, text alternatives, responsive layouts, reduced-motion support, and color-contrast testing. We aim to follow WCAG 2.1 Level AA as a practical accessibility benchmark and continue improving as the platform and event formats evolve.
Event accommodations
Available accommodations may depend on the presenter and event format. Contact us before an event if you need captions, an accessible copy of materials, an alternative participation method, or help using an event feature. We will review the request and work toward a reasonable solution.
Report an accessibility barrier
Email support@therichdynasty.com with “Accessibility Support” in the subject line. If possible, include the page or event name, what you were trying to do, the browser or assistive technology you used, and the format or outcome that would help.
We welcome feedback. An automated test cannot identify every barrier, so reports from people using the platform are an important part of our process.
