Information we collect

• Account information, such as your name, email address, authentication identifiers, and account settings.
• Event activity, such as registrations, ticket or access level, attendance status, questions, poll responses, waitlist activity, resource access, and replay access.
• Transaction information for paid events when enabled. Payment-card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by Rich Academy Live.
• Communications you send to us, including support, privacy, and accessibility requests.
• Technical and security information, such as IP address, browser or device information, request logs, authentication events, and error data.
• Audio, video, chat, or other participation content only when an event specifically discloses that it will be recorded, broadcast, or reused.

How we use information

• Provide accounts, registrations, event access, reminders, replays, and support.
• Operate live rooms, Q&A, polls, resources, and attendee experiences.
• Process payments, refunds, disputes, and related records when paid events are enabled.
• Secure the platform, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and maintain audit records.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
• Improve platform reliability and understand aggregate operational use.

Cookies and analytics

Rich Academy Live uses cookies and similar storage that are necessary for account authentication, session security, and provider connections. We do not currently use advertising cookies, marketing pixels, or cross-site behavioral advertising. Our hosting and infrastructure providers may generate operational request logs, and optional server-side error reporting may receive technical error details.

If we later add non-essential analytics or marketing technologies, we will update this policy and add any notice or consent controls required before those technologies are activated.

When we share information

We may share information with service providers that help us operate Rich Academy Live. These providers support functions such as account authentication, application hosting and data storage, transactional email, calendar and virtual meeting delivery, payment processing when enabled, media storage, security, and error monitoring. They may process information only as needed to provide those services to us and subject to their contractual and legal obligations.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a business transaction, or with your direction. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Event recordings and public participation

Recording and reuse are event-specific. The event page and registration flow should identify whether an event is not recorded, is recorded only for a private attendee replay, is publicly broadcast, or may be reused publicly. Registering for one event does not give us blanket permission to reuse your participation in unrelated events or marketing.

If you do not want your image or voice captured during a disclosed recording, keep your camera and microphone off and avoid joining an on-camera room. Written questions, display names, or chat may still be visible depending on the event format. Contact support before the event if you need an alternative way to participate.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain transaction and audit history, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods may differ by record type. We use administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, or ask questions about its use, by emailing support@therichdynasty.com. We may verify your identity and may retain information where legally or operationally required. You can also control event participation by keeping your camera or microphone off where the event format permits.

Age requirement

Rich Academy Live is intended only for people who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly offer accounts or registrations to children. Contact us if you believe a person under 18 has provided personal information.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the platform or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated when required.
